I really dont know where to begin.
Here goes!
Last September i had Glandular Fever, it affected my liver and kidney function, enlarged my spleen and made me feel awful for ages! By the Decemaber i was laft feeling very tired and a huge lmpth still swollen in my neck. i went back to the dr's on a number of occasions regarding this lump (which is not painful) and the tiredness i felt and i was just fobbed of each time and told that G.F. takes ages to get over.!
Then in Feb this year as i was changing my DS nappy, he kicked me in stomach which sent a shooting pain just under my ribs. this pain carried on for a month, i put it down to pulled muscle etc, but in the end i went to dr.
He felt my belly and said my liver felt enlarged, i then said about the neck lump and tirdness.
He ordered bloods and scans, i felt as though someone was taking me seriously at last.
The results came back; i have a 1.9cm stone in Gallbladder (resulting in gallbladder removal in July coming)
My iron levels very low (iron tabs given) potassium levels high (?)
and when i asked again about neck lump dr just said its calcified from glandular fever!
then last monday i went to GP again as needed stronger painkillers for belly and i have noticed another 2 small lumps come up on my neck. which again dont hurt but are very hard.
Saw a different dr this time round and she has made an urgent referral to ent surgeon for neck biopsy=cancer? (this is what im waiting for up to date)
i sound like a right moaner always running to dr, but untill last year i never visited dr for myself, i dont do ill.
I have 3 beautiful children who are my world. im just so scared of what might be.

I'm not surprised you are scared! But you don't actually know what's going on yet, so it may actually just be a systemic reaction to all the different infections and gallstones.

But FWIW I do know someone who has just gone through thyroid cancer, she has a baby and was diagnosed a couple of weeks into her first pregnancy. She's getting over it now. The prospects are very good - it'll always be a worry of course and she's had to have major surgery and is on permanent medication but she's alive and happy and generally very healthy.
