normally very healthy..then developed a weird cough 24 hours after a game of badminton. Have had a tight chestand a bit wheezy ever since and cough when i lie down.
Had 2 blood tests for something else at xmas and they both came back with raised eosinophils. Feel slightly under the weather which is not me. Anyone any clues

no but I'm wondering if I should (get tested for it) as I have often been told my blood test results look like I am getting over a virus if that makes sense (I think because my white blood cells often slightly lower than they should be)

sorry to hear they want to redo those tests, just in case it is one of those autoimmune conditions. But I suppose that you must be at the stage where it would be good to know what is causing the problems. Hope you get over the peri soon - sounds nasty.

do you seen a rheum in London? if so, would you mind letting me know who it is?

I haven't been back to the GP with this for years and they are so dismissive. I might just call a rheum up and see what they say. I did that with allergy bod and it turned out to be a v useful thing!

yeah thats what mine showed initially, that i had had a virus and was fighting it IgG and IgM. My body had stopped recognising the parvo as foreign and stopped fighting it and then i just felt knackered all the time to the point of being diagnosed with post viral chronic fatigue. It took alot of me being proactive to evantually get a rheumatologist appt and then treatment. Ask your gp to refer you to a rheum. Has it started to make you feel constantly tired and under the weather with sort of non descript illnesses ,aches and pains.
