Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD) - nearly 6 years after having DD

Is that possible ?

No problems whilst I was pregnant. But I had terrible back problems after I had my dd 6 years ago in April. This lasted for well over 4 years. I had facet joint injections, Osteo manipultion (he said I had a twisted pelvis when dd was a few months old), and 2 years ago I had Prolotherapy injections in my lower back and hip.
My ligaments were extremely loose - Osteo calling me a baggy mess, charming !

These injections helped a lot but the pain has started to come back now but more in my hips, one significantly more than the other.

Both hips click and grind too. If I have been sat still for a while both hips are really stiff and it's painful to walk, I have to warm up slowly. The more active I am walking the better. But I cannot stand for long before my back and hip hurts.
I've been getting stabbing pains on the outside of my hip too.
Sometimes it takes me a while to get my hips 'walking properly'.
The pain affects my sleeping a lot and the only respite I get is from sleeping in a curled up position or with one knee pulled up when I lie on my side.

Could these symptoms be SPD or Pelvic girdle pain. I have only read about SPD occuring before pregnancy which I didn't suffer from.

I'm going to make an appointment with a different Osteo but worried he'll tell me to stop riding. I started 4 months ago and my back and hips had got a lot better until I spent a morning sweeping wet leaves up. The next morning the pain started ...

Help ! Any advice out there ?

there are other conditions that are similar to spd, I think you can actually break the linked bit between the front of your pelvis which is very painful but usually people are fairly wheelchair bound from it.

I have the opposite problem in that all my ligaments etc are too tight which also causes a lot of pain and problems, it's just my genetic build and it is getting worse as I get older
