I would like to get a second opinion as my op for prolapse repairs and possible vag hysterectomy has been delayed .
Can you recomend anyone,I'd have to see them privately to get a suitable appointment.
nice ones please!

Without a doubt- Michael Dooley see www.mdooley.co.uk
He's mine- lovely, lovely, and he did Cammilla PB op.
See him either at Harley Street or Lister Hosp.
You can self refer- call his office number.

Laine- he is really lovely- if you like a dr who takes your opinions into account- he is the complete opposite of old school.

I have suggested him to others here as well as friends and they all think he's

Don't all rush or he'll have no appts left for me!

I am looking into London gynaes myself for possible scarring after ERPC. Adrian Lower who set up the London Fibroid Clinic is a very highly regarded gynae. He is one of the very few gynaes who use minimal access surgery and so this may be relevant to you.

I called his secretary today. I have private insurance but an initial consultation costs 215 and he will scan you straight after (trans vag). That costs an additional 255.

Mr D's initial fee is around £185 but all the tests add up. At my 1st appt I had a transvag. scan, blood tests re. hormone levels , thyroid and vit/mineral levels etc and i think the debit from my insurance was about £700.
Subsequent appts are cheaper as they are not so long.
