How long without food?

DD was sick on Christmas morning and has not eaten anything apart from a couple of mouthfuls of toast yesterday morning. She was sick again Christmas evening but has not been sick since. She is drinking a little and has accepted medecine for her temp.
She has started asking for food but she takes a very small nibble and then gives it back.
How long is it ok for her to not eat? She has done nothing but lay on the sofa. When she tried to walk into the kitchen, she sat down saying she was dizzy.
She is asking for food but doesn't know what she wants. She doen't like mash, rice or scrambled egg when well. Has refused toast, sandwiches. bread stick and apple.
DH has been sick in the night and fil said he will pop to shops if I need anything.
She is just so pale and lethargic.
What do I do?

Dont owrry about food, just make sure she is drinking, and its a good sign she is eating a little.
I tent to use ice pops as they have added sugars and salts which seem to work for us. Just keep going as you are, she'll be ok Im certain but if you do get worried you can always call GP.
Hope she's well soon

Bananas are good for sugar levels & easy to digest. What about rehydration salts (from chemist)? Drink flat coke (you don't say how old dd is), ribena.
Hope she feels bttr soon

She is 2.7. Bananas are also on list. Had thought about the salts. We have a bit of coke in the cupboard.
Maybe I do know what I am doing in a round about way?
She is currently eating some rolled oats.
