I want big boobs

Ok, so I am shallow but last week I was being measured up in M & S and the lady said " Oh you are tiny arn't you". After picking my ego up off the floor I have decided to have my boobs enlarged. Not by much maybe one cup size. Does anyone know any good plastic surgeons. Distance no object.
Has happy hour been extended cos I need a JD & C.

Ummm? Had forgotton about the fillet things. Do you have to buy bigger bras to fit them in or could I just stick one in my vest?

As embarrassed as I am to admit this, I used to use these things ( don't need to since first pregnancy), although not from La Senza. I thought they were brilliant at the time although quite uncomfortable in hot weather because they make you sweat and itch.

I was so tiny I used two pairs and after a while realised that two together looked quite false. You may need a bigger bra as I pulled mine out of shape and then dancing around with my 7 year old cousin once, they fell out even though the bra was wired which was very embarassing so you must make sure the bra holds them in well.

I sometimes look at people and think that they may be wearing them as they look slightly mis-shaped and don't wear a low-necked top as they can show over the top of your bra.

Are you serious about implants? If so can tell you where to get a list of surgeons and even recommend specialists, but I wouldn't do it personally. Remember, small breasts hold up better with age than big ones. If you weren't bothered before then ignore the comment and don't do it. Think Charlotte Rampling! Hey, even Brigitte Bardot was pretty petite, it's what you do with them that counts.

I am quite serious because far from improving my boobs, pregnancy has turned them into spaniels ears. I know that there comes a time when you do have to surrender your boobs to the southern hemisphere however i am not quite ready yet.

Are they 'empty'? How long ago did you have your baby? They do often sort of 'fill up' again with time. If they still have volume but at the bottom you can have a lift, if there is no volume than implants might be an option, but you really need to be sure before you choose surgery. It's not the most major op in the world but it is an op. My key recommendation, DON'T answer an ad in a magazine. Where are you based? I know mostly London based surgeons.

Empty. My DS has just turned one. Maybe surgery is a little drastic but being flat as a board is no fun either.

I think Dai Davies, Laurence Kirwen, Jan Stanek and Alex Karidis are all good. They are all in Harley St. LK specialises in breasts. If you do want surgery., send a large SAE to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, The Royal College of Surgeons,35/43 Lincolns Inn Fields, London WC2A 3PN, and they will send you a list of properly qualified cosmetic surgeons who are usually NHS consultants, and are all over the country. The British Association of Plastic Surgeons on 0207 83§1 5161 is also a reputable organisation who will be able to help you contact their members. As I said, I don't think surgery should ever be a first resort for anyone, but if it really, really bothers you it is an option. And no, I'm not on commission. I just hate to see people go to cowboys.
