Need good quality cordial to mix some meds & supplements into-help please

Hi, ds happily drinks water and juice but we've never used cordials (he's six next month) but he now has to take a huge daily quantity of meds & supplements: some of which taste vile!
We also have to make sure we cut his sugar intake (which, she says defensively, was never that high ) whilst getting huge quantities of Vit C in to him (it's in powder form).
So, I need a good quality cordial (he loves anything sharp/bitter tasting) and thought about using Rocks? Are there any others you could recommend? Would be grateful.
Thanks

any cordial is likely to have a fair amount of sugar in it tbh.
we have used rocks, and bottle green, both of which are lovely but both have sugar as one of the main ingredients.

i'd prob go with fruit juice over either of them

I think that with squash/cordial you have to make the choice between lots of sugar, which is at least natural, or 'no added sugar', which means artificial sweeteners.

If you're giving this quantity of meds, and have to also reduce his sugar intake, can you not ask the medics for their recommendations?

Hi, thanks for the replies.
I did ask the consultant but it's not really something they know to be honest. It would be better for them to give children something they can reasonably take I suppose rather than something that has to be masked but that's a whole other thread.
I think I will stick with juice and see how we get on.
Thanks

That's great blowninonabreeze, thanks very much. I will pop to Waitrose later and pick a few up.
