when I am pg I get a wee touch of eczema on my bump and left nipple. if you scratch it you can get a fungal infection that may be slightly pinkish, but ITCH like there's no tomorrow!

I put a calendula cream on mine, unless it gets to the fungal stage, then you need some hydrocortisone cream like daktarin.

Agree, get it checked, its unlikely to be Pagets but if it is, v important to get it sorted. That said, eczema on nipples, or fungal infections, usual reason - or hormones, occasionally.

Thanks. I have 3 teeny weeny black dots around my right nipple! They dont hurt but still are new so think I should get checked?

Get it checked. It is probably eczema but shineon is right, itchy nipple is a possible sign of Pagets, and you don't want that although it is rare.

I have had this, after 46 years of no skin problems whatsoever, I got itchy nipple last year. I am a total hypochondriac so got myself referred to an oncologist. It turned out to be eczema but did need some tests, but also it appeared on both sides in the same place, which was clearly an eczema thing. We have just got some new kittens, and I am allergic to cats (don't ask) and apart from all the other symptoms, the itch has come back with a vengeance. So it is probably something topical, like washing powder or an allergy, but you should check it out, I think.
