I know there's a huge difference in vitamins, I don't have the best diet and need to suppliment but don't want to waste money. I'd really appreciate any advice you might have.

My homeopath and acupuncturist both recommend the Lamberts range. Apparently the cheaper the supplements the lower the quality, something to do with them being compacted and mass produced!?! It is meant to be available only from registered practioners but I've found plenty of sites on the net which sell the range. I've taken a variety of their supplements over the last few years and I'm currently taking their StrongStart multi vit, which is for suitable for pregnancy. I would highly recommend the range as I feel better than I have done for ages

Solgar's VM75 is excellent.

Did you see this last week? It suggests that multi vitamins just give you expensive wee!

Thanks everyone, ThingOne - my problem is that I know I don't eat a healthy diet, hence the need for a suppliment. Obviously my diet needs to be addressed, but in the meantime I want to play safe.

I'll look into the brands you've all suggested.
