can't get my rings on... help!

I am obviously retaining fluid but why & how do I get rid of it? Period started 3 days ago so should be okay by now... Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

IIRC nettle tea is a very good diuretic. Tastes awful though, a bit like raspberry leaf tea with a hint of spinach. But you could always add loads of sugar or honey. It needs to be a good make - Dr Stuart's Botanicals is good, anything by Twinings is rubbish.

Thanks, PC. I'll have a look for it.

I'm not actually worried about the rings, CD, it's the swelling that bothers me. I don't really want to make an appointment with the GP for something that is probably inconsequential but I hate being so swollen & wonder what's going on.

best way, honestlty, i suffer too:
drink as much water as poss!
cabbage, celery, are natural diuretics
cut down on caffiene and salt
dandelion tea, green tea.
