So many minor problems, how do I cover it all at the docs without sounding like a neurotic?

I have to go to the doctors, it is getting silly. I hate going, always feel like I'm making very large mountains out of molehills.

Problem is now i have these issues:

  1. Stonking Carpel Tunnel, have had it badly before;

  2. Wee issues (possibly OCD related - non diagnosed OCD that is, purely tenancies, not saying I have OCD as such iyswim) which mean I'm up till at least 1am every night / morning!

  3. Fainting / dizzy spells becoming quite regular / aversion to lights etc.

  4. Now I know there is a 4th thing but do you think I can even remeber what it is? No I cannot!

So, the question is, how do I cover these things without sounding like an idiot? Should I just pick the worst and forget about the rest? Which is the most pressing issue?

Short of that, could someone just come to the GP with me and explain all?

You need to find a sympathetic doctor too. After my 3rd dc I caught everything under the sun - it was never just a cold - I had laryngitis, pneumonia, tonsilitis, chest infections, pharyngitis and the list went on. Having not been a hypochondriac I rapidly turned into one - I wouldn't socialise with people who said they had a cold, every sniffle or ache had me panicking! My doctor was great and gave me a prescription of antibiotics to keep at home so that I didn't have to come and see her when I started feeling ill but could take something straight away and then go and see her. I was referred to ENT specialist, had chest scans and xrays, nothing ever came of it. After about 12 months it stopped and since then (8 years on), I barely get anything - children's stuff generally passes me by, haven't had a cold for about a year, no sick bugs, nothing - fingers crossed that I'm not tempting fate. I tried zinc, and went to a homeopath which didn't really help, but at least I felt like I was doing something positive. It's horrible, exhausting and depressing, but you must keep going to the doctor so they have a record of the illnesses and can monitor you. Good luck, hope you feel better soon.

Book a double appointment or else your GP may have a nervous breakdown when trying to keep all of that to a 10 minute appointment.
