What does “Additional Note. HP065 Used” mean in GP notes?

Hi all.

I'm recovering from recent surgery and had to see GP earlier this week due to an excruciatingly painful and swollen throat. I spoke to the GP by phone, and then in person (same morning) after visiting GP practice to collect antibiotics GP prescribed following phone call. My GPs are normally pretty good but these two conversations were difficult and out of character for the practice.

I’ve looked at my notes on NHS App this morning and found that the GP has written this at the end of the notes he made after each of the two conversations.

Additional note
HP065 used”

To me this sounds as though a note has been made about our conversations separate from those shared with me via NHS App, but it may mean something else. Does anybody know please?

If you are anything like me, you will have been worrying that HPO65 was a GP code for "Patient is a pain in the neck."Grin Google would have reassured you even quicker than MN!

Thanks for speedy responses, all.

I did Google and I did see that, but this consultation is nothing to do with COPD, which is why I’m wondering what it means in this case.

@MyThreeWords Yes, that’s what I’m wondering, but (as explained above) Google didn’t help on this occasion as my conversations had nothing to do with COPD, so I’m still wondering.

Do you have COPD at all?

If so, it's a coding to justify why they are or are not linking the prescribing of antibiotics to COPD.
