Nasal spray recommendation for hayfever please

For those of you who suffer from hayfever, which over the counter nasal spray do you recommend?
I seem to get no relief from any of the tablets & they all cause awful drowsiness.
It's time to try a nasal spray, but which one? I went to Boots this morning and got so overwhelmed by how many there were, each with a different active ingredient, that I walked out without one! The queue for the Pharmacist was so long I didn't have time to wait & ask them for advice.
Any recommendations gratefully received.

I have found Pirinase (fluticasone) to be the most effective for me. You need to use it every day as a preventative though, rather than just as and when things get bad.

Dymista - you can get it over the counter now

Just make sure you don’t sniff after you spray it. You need to spray it then hold your nose to coat membranes inside nostrils.

I’ve suffered from dreadful hayfever for years and never found anything that worked to help with decongestion.

at the start of the season this year I had run out of everything and all they had in Sainsbury’s was some own brand decongestant spray for £3 (containing oxymetazolin)

It has been an absolute game changer , works within seconds
