Had some pain back in Jan post internal scan and it showed haematuria. It settled after 3 samples.
its back again after 5 months and I have been referred to urology on a 2 week wait how worried should I be?

I was diagnosed with mild anaemia earlier this year, and after a Fit test and urine samples, my GP detected haematuria. She referred me for a cystoscopy. Apparently I have two large kidney stones (one 11mm!). Urology put a stent in and the next plan is to have lithotripsy to blast the stones so they pass.

Adding to previous post, a two week appointment is a good thing, because if you do have a stone and it starts moving, your team will be prepared. Good luck OP.

I've had haematuria for over 30 years. Multiple cystoscopies, absolutely nothing found. It's still there, as I do occasionally home kits. I've just accepted that it's just one of those things.

This is all reassuring as a freak with health anxiety, thank you
