You need to get a better test to see if the infection has actually cleared. The tests the NHS use are not fit for purpose. If you google Chronic UTI there's lots of info. Not saying this to scare you, it may well be that you just have residual inflammation, but I would get on a longer course of antibiotics until symptoms completely go.

i have had 3 courses of antibiotics my
gut cannot take anymore😟
im still getting cramps and twinges left, right, mid bladder, pelvic area.
i didnt realise even if you don’t suffer with uti’s you can still get embedded/chronic uti?

Yes you can get it from one UTI that goes embedded.
I know what you mean about gut not being happy from antibiotics, but maybe a good idea to see a Chronic UTI specialist or get one of the more up to date tests to see if the infection has actually cleared. Unfortunately pretty much the only current treatment for Chronic UTI is longer course of antibiotics. It could be that the antibiotics you've so far been on were not the right type for the bacteria. Did they send off a urine sample for you?

4 weeks ago, i had a confirmed UTI nitrites and leukocytes with blood although i was having a period so not sure. Treated with 3 days nitro

still having pain in my bladder - given 7 days cefalexin.
came off those, still felt rough and had pain in my pelvis/bladder area.
went to a&e, had some blood tests with some raised inflammation markers, infection & a high crp
was told urine infection and given co-amoxiclav for 7 days.

had a GP appointment on monday urine dipped (clear)
another GP appointment this morning as i’m feeling rough again but also started my period again.

she’s dipped my urine and blood which could be period but also nitrites and has given me 7 days nitro

she has sent the urine off for a culture today and arranged a ultrasound for tuesday. But my anxiety is so bad it’s got me in bed shaking and panicking.
