Blood test results

What do these blood test results suggest?
they appear to be kidney function results from a blood test I had last week to supposedly check my hormone levels vitamin d and b12…
I’ve tried to get through the virtual receptionist and my GP texted to say these are the results…
I’ve not had my hormone levels checked for years but sure they’ve done the wrong blood test….

I'd call the practice manager if the GP isn't interested, they are not hormone or vitamin results, either the blood form was incorrect or they are not your bloods. Who took the blood. I'd insist on another visit.

They may of checked your kidney function if they thought it appropriate, if you're on medication or you went with symptoms. Who initiated the blood test and the reason for it.

I've contacted them twice and said that these are not the bloods I asked for - and explained what the GP had requested. They were taken by a HCP at the GP surgery. Their response by text is that 'the requested tests were done on the 15th May and the results will be available on my NHS App' which they are, but they are incorrect.
Will get back in touch with them in the morning when the surgery is taking admin requests. Very frustrating - perhaps someone else is wondering why the hell they have oestrogen levels results🙄

Does the app say what was requested? Mine has the request and the person who requested it in the GP notes. It then says what was taken and who by

All sorted once I've spoken to a human receptionist who took time to explain that not all the results were displayed on the NHS App and they are awaiting review by the GP before the next steps are taken

No it says who requested it but not what they requested as far as I can see.
