Silent migraines?

Need advice if anyone has experienced this at all, I do have a doctors appointment booked next week but could do with some advice before going. I’ve been suffering for a few months with some symptoms which started during a very stressful new job and the same time I had both lower impacted wisdom teeth removed. My symptoms are:
Swaying/on a boat/pulled to one side feeling
Light and noise sensitivity with floaters in left eye
Back of head and neck heavy
Back of head can feel bruised
Burning sensation on right temple
Back of right ear bone feels tender
Whooshing sound in ears and full ears
Fatigued and low energy
Eyes feel heavy and frowning and pinguecula shows up in right eye
a friend was diagnosed with silent migraines and suggested this to me. I’d never heard of silent migraines before and because it’s rare I get any actual head pain I never knew this was a thing.
any help would be appreciated

Yes I was over 30 before I understood that I was having migraines as I never had a headache.

I get them so bad that if don't take time out, I end up so I can't feel my fingers and when I try talking, I can't link actual English words with the concepts I want to communicate, I can't remember where I live etc.

Now I know what to look for: Typically I'm getting tired - then one day I wake up and I feel amazing - it is like I have extra endorphine or something. I think great - and start my day ... followed by my eyesight going funny and dizziness. If I ever feel "epic", it's my cue to calm everything right down and ideally take to my bed. if I can force myself to adopt dull, flat mood and to rest, I can stave it off.

Magnesium is supposed to help, so make sure you are going big on Kale, lentils, beans, nuts, seeds etc.

acephalgic migraine

I get these, I don't have any pain, I just lose part of my vision in one eye for a bit 🤣 it's like glittery floaters joined up that block part of my view and I'm really tired compared to usual,

No advice sorry, all I do is try to have a nap or go to sleep early to get rid of it

I do get proper migraines aswell, a strong cup of coffee or a cola always helps..... I should try that for the eye migraine really

Your symptoms might be from silent migraines, vestibular issues, or post-surgery stress.
Track triggers and rest; your doctor can run tests and suggest treatment.

Oh my gosh this is the first time I have had anyone else express the Feel Epic thing! I also get silent migraine and can suddenly feel that life is amazing everything is bright and clear and im so happy..then I feel terrible! It’s so depressing I also get nausea and vomiting . They suck

Can this last a few days? I’ve felt rough with very similar symptoms as you OP since Friday.

Sorry I didn’t get back to anyone!

went to the doctors and he has diagnosed me with vestibular migraines but also Eustachian tube dysfunction.

no medication offered he has advised to look at lifestyle changes such as eating regularly prioritising sleep and keeping hydrated for now. Not really sure how I feel about this at the moment but I was quite apprehensive about medication incase of side effects

HRG1 how old are you
I had this at 52 and was told it was probably my ears.
I was in peri menopause though and I believe it is fluctuating hormones

Hiya, I’m 33. I did wonder perimenopause but surely it’s too early?

I’m exactly the same as you, I had about 18 months of thinking I was dying I felt so poorly. Absolutely horrendous. I’m older though, 49/50 when it began. Finally got diagnosed with vestibular migraines and was put on HRT and amitriptyline. Not sure which one worked (annoyingly) but I feel like I’ve got a new lease of life.
