Persistent changes in urine despite normal GP sample results- could this be diabetes?

For over a year my urine has been different from how it's ever been before. From about 18 months ago my urine changed texture - started to feel smooth & slimy.
3 months later, I sent a sample of urine to the GP and they said it was fine, tested negative for infection..but I'd tested it at home & got a triple + for protein & nitrites.
For the last 8 months my urine has produced stagnant bubbles and bits of skin-like substance floating on top, every day.

Also have very red soles of feet, almost with pressure points, very dry & painful skin. I also developed 12 verrucas about 2 years ago too, never got these before. I'm not sure what could have caused this - I don't swim or go to gym so couldn't have caught it there.

Blood result a year ago showed CFR in red.

I've been very busy caring for my elderly DF and did not have the energy to chase up the GP. But judging by these symptoms could it be diabetes or something serious that needs to be chased up?

The verrucas were treated and have mostly gone but not totally.

Here are pictures of my feet.

There's nothing here that sounds like diabetes. Diabetes would be accompanied by increased thirst, increased urination, blurred vision. The urine thing sounds more like an infection, diabetes doesn't do to urine what you are describing. It sounds like you need to go back to the GP about the urine symptoms.
