Too tired!

I am 68 years old, still working though only 2 days a week. I keep feeling overwhelmingly tired and then craving carbohydrates and sweet things. The cravings are so strong that I can not resist. I am trying to lose weight and finding it almost impossible.
The last blood tests I had were all okay except low on vitamin D.
I have now been diagnosed with pre diabetes. I sleep okay most nights.
Anyone else experiencing the same or have any idea how I can feel better please?

Cravings are an indication your body is not getting the right nutrients.
Sugar craving usually indicate lack
of protein.
Get some meat down you.

I was also a vegetarian for many years
by 3 pm every day I was completely wiped out.
I used ti binge / comfort eat.
anyway , I kid you not.
I started eating meat, once a day… my cravings disappeared over night and my energy returned.

That is so interesting. I can not imagine ever eating meat but will try to increase my vegetable protein or eat fish. Thank you for replying.
