Sore/burning skin after weeing

A few days ago I started developing a sore/burning feeling in my labia minora. I've had a similar feeling before, usually after my period (I use pads) or when I have used scented toilet paper. I put it down to irritation from the chemicals in pads/scented loo roll and it usually goes away and isn't noticeable. But this time it has lasted. Yesterday I felt sore all day, especially when sitting. Today I don't feel sore most of the time, but when I wee and after I wee it really burns and stings with a tingly burning feeling. It's not my urethra area that's burning, but my inner labia. I'm urinating at normal frequencies and my wee looks normal so I don't think it's a UTI.

I'm not sexually active. There's been no changes to my discharge. No itchiness. I'm in my early 30s. I haven't changed soap or anything. The only thing is we have had scented loo roll again and I've just finished my period so I'm not sure if I've just had a much stronger reaction to those than normal or if something else is going on. I've never had BV or a yeast infection before so have no idea. I've had a look down there and everything looks normal, maybe a bit red but I'm not that well-acquainted with it to know tbh lol...

Do I need to see a GP? Is there anything I can order/buy from Boots/Superdrug to avoid that? Anything I can use? I've been using Sudocreme as it feels like it's the skin that's sore.

Stop the sented loo roll
Only use white non sented. Only wash with water.. no soap .. it doesn't need it.. ( can wash your groin area with soap).. don't use sudacream. Use hydromol ( l get mine prescribed for vaginal dermatitis).

Go to GP to rule out lichen sclerosis.
