Blue lips in 17mo (not urgent)

Have meant to post this for AGES

My DS gets very purple/blue lips really easily when he is cold. It can be as simple as sleeping in a cool room and his lips go this colour.

Should I be worried? Can it be a sign of anything more serious.

Sometimes they go this colour when he is in the bath and he definitely isn't cold.
