liquid multi - vitamins with iron

I need a good liquid multi-vitamin for my dd.
She is 18, and has a throat issue, so cannot swallow tablets. She is also autistic and struggles with textures and flavours. I make her a smoothie in the morning and add liquid vitamins.
She really doesn't eat fruit and veg, which is why I do the vitamins.
She doesn't like the taste of the liquid on their own. Especially if they are orange flavoured.

I went to re-order the last ones we had, which weren't great flavour wise, but she will accept them, and realised they don't have any iron in them. Looking online I can't find one with iron in. Is there a reason why that I am missing here?
I think she is often borderline anaemic, and so I am keen for them to have iron in. And before anyone asks, I have not found an iron supplement that she will take.

Iron tends not to be made into tasty/palatable/easy to take supplements because it's toxic if too much is taken. The best we've found is spatone sachets mixed into drinks - have you tried those?

Try these - Nutrigen Vitamixin Sprinkles – multivitamin and Mineral Powder.

You will need to read up on the amount to take and find another source of vitamin D as there isn’t enough vitamin D.

We were recommeded them by paedatric dietitian and you can mix them with anything but they need to be eaten within 20 mins or they can change the colour of the food.

thanks for your replies, sorry I was so slow to come back. I will have a look at both of those, thanks

has she tried the spatone sachets? I buy the apple flavour iron with vit c. I'm autistic and anaemic and tell myself theyre a healthy caprisun. I keep them in the fridge and just snip a corner off and drink it but I think you could also easily add it to a smoothie if she likes those.
