Intermittent ache/pulling sensation in one breast

Mid 30s, no kids, on letrozole for fertility at the moment.
I’ve noticed over the past few months intermittent ache/pulling in one breast, only the left breast. It doesn’t seem to occur at a certain time (eg. Luteal phase or around period) and it’s not all the time, I don’t think it’s always every day either and I feel it at random times. I can’t see anything untoward, and I don’t think I can feel anything. I did think I could possibly feel something lumpy in the bottom half of breast below nipple but I think it’s just the usual lumps and bumps.
I can’t decide if it’s worth checking with GP or if that’s wasting their time. Would you ask the GP? (I suppose worst they say is doesn’t need to be seen, but hate being a nuisance, and feel like I’ve had a fair bit of medical contact recently due to infertility!)

Get it checked out.

Honestly if you have a concern, I think most GPs would prefer you got it checked out.

I have 2 friends who have finished their treatment and another in the midst of it all, so I'm possibly a bit more paranoid but everything suggests that if there is an issue the sooner it's looked at the better.

Fingers crossed it's nothing concerning, but better to find out.

Honestly op it's probably nothing but a gp would refer to see you and then send you away than not to check it it's probably hormone related but we're not medics on here ☺️☺️
