Lumpy breast tissue

I’ve lost more than 4 stone this year, my boobs which were never big have deflated and they are like sad flat spaniels ears. The tissue is also really lumpy and this is what is slightly worrying me. They feel evenly lumpy but is this normal or do I need to get this checked out? I think I know the answer is to get it checked but just wanted some advice or reassurance I guess. It’s also a nightmare to get a GP appointment obviously!

My only other health issue is I’m struggling to stop losing weight despite eating what feels like quite a lot even though it’s healthy food. I don’t track calories, was intermittent fasting 16:8 but I’m eating breakfast now. Do exercise quite a lot so burn calories that way. Not been on WLI’s.

Grateful for any advice and opinions.

Definitely get it checked out, especially in combination with the weight loss. Ask for a referral to breast clinic.

But some people do just have lumpy boobs:

Thanks @AmberFlag, that’s what I thought. I think it may well just be my boobs with less padding but I guess it’s better to be safe.

I am in the exact same boat and went to get them checked and they said fat loss can cause or expose existing lumpy tissue .

My doc said he's seen a lot of people using the jabs in his clinic

Mine were all fine but please please go get checked

( I went to a one stop private clinic for examination and ultrasound)

Sorry I meant to say - I am on Mounjaro - I know you're not on them

Thank you @namestevalian thats really helpful. Hadn’t realised stupidly that you could go to a private screening clinic so I’ll just do that I think. It feels impossible to get a gp appointment these days.

My gut tells me it’s fine but I know I can’t ignore it. Had cervical cancer 20 years ago this month so I know it’s never sensible to ignore things.

If you contact gp surgery saying you are concerned about a breast lump you will get an appointment v quickly, and a referral to the breast clinic unusually within 2 weeks. Most lumps aren’t cancer but please get it checked.
