I had to do a trip to the US with a -6 hours time difference. Got there last Saturday and it was only on Thursday that I got into the time zone and I flew back that day. I struggled the whole time I was there with the time zone.
I have to go back in the office on Monday but I cannot fall asleep till 2am and I’ve been waking up at 10am argh! Last night I took a nytol at 10pm in the hope that it would reset my sleep and it did but instead I slept from 11pm till 9am 😂.
does anyone have any tips? I usually fall asleep around 930pm/10pm and I’m up at 6am but I’ve been comatose at that time since I got back and I HAVE to be back in the office tomorrow and I am meeting a friend after work so would quite like not to be a zombie.
