My brain is absolutely fried with brain fog and I can't tell if they are 'normal' or not. Thank you

Thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPOAb) 10.8kIU/L
Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) 3.08mIU/L
Thyroglobulin antibodies (TgAB) 13.7kU/L
Thyroxine (T4) 93nmol/L
Free thyroxine (FT4) 13.2pmol/L
Free Triiodothyronine (FT3) 5.2pmol/L
b12 (active) 120pmol/L

"All normal" according to surgery but I feel crap. Permanently tired with a head full of feathers

Thank you if you can make sense of it

Make sure you do any thyroid tests by 9am and fasted (water only). If you take any supplements with Biotin in, stop them a week before the test. Biotin interferes with the TSH test and can falsely lower the results.

Your antibodies don't look out of range but you need to add the ranges for us to help.

TSH is slightly high but not enough for the NHS to do a anything. Suggest retest in 6-8 weeks and see if anything has changed.

Have you tested your vitamins? Iron, B12, Vitamins D

I also would suggest checking ferritin. It needs to be above 60 to feel well even though the NHS say over 10 if fine!
Could you be perimenopausal?
