It has increased a bit in size since I took this photo. I have applied green tea bag to it. It can't be considered a chalazion this far from the eye, can it?

The experts over on the Sporner Corner board might be able to give you an answer.

Not a medical professional, but looks like a blocked tear duct has caused your lacrimal sac/gland to swell up or possibly become infected.

Is it warm to the touch and does it hurt?

I would see your chemist/pharmacist tomorrow as they can now prescribe eye drops for most things the GP used to. The GP reception would likely refuse you a GP appointment unless you can say you’ve already seen your local chemist/pharmacist.

If it’s not that, then could be cystic acne or a boil, in which case warm compresses and time are all you can really do. If you get them a lot, you may need to see a dermatologist.

Thank you. I'm indeed suspicious that it could be eye-related in a distant sort of a way. I'll take him to pharmacy first. Thank you!
