Am i being paranoid, or does this sound suspicious as a symptom of possible BC?

Ive had tricky periods for as long as i can remember , it almost got to the stage where i was told that I would need to have a serious conversation with the endocrinologist i was seeing as a teenager at my local hospital because my period hadn't started yet. This would have been 2014 so I would have been 15 in March that year, Sep 2014 and I still had not started my periods, and then in Oct 2014 i finally start my first period. My mum had a similar timeline as she also didn't start until 15. Ive read late menstruation is common when you have PCOS and I have resonated with so many symptoms that I've seen online. Such as the fact that I have excess body and facial hair, including a sole "moustache" style single hair which is sticking down from my chin, losing hair from the top of my head/scalp especially when I brush my hair, a literally ENORMOUS belly size in proportion to the rest of my body figure/side profile(i am not pregnant and i have never even had sexual intercourse at age 26) , back pain etc. all those things would suggest to me that there's a very strong chance that i have PCOS. My breasts are also extremely "rope-like" and nodular/bumpy in texture. About a month ago I was pressing the skin on both breasts and on certain areas if i pressed hard enough i would feel almost little rubbery/"slippery"/what felt like water filled cysts under my breast skin tissue. Its a month later now and whilst my period is due either today or tomorrow, it feels like the texture of my breasts has become a lot "bumpier" and the skin/fat ridges and cysts i felt under my skin last month seem to have become much more pronounced. It's alarming me and I feel like I'm instantly thinking "ah this must be a case of breast cancer in a younger woman"

Have you sought to have PCOS confirmed? I’d talk to your GP, my daughter had the symptoms, went to the GP who referred her for the relevant tests for it to be confirmed. Regarding your breasts. Lots of women have thicker breast tissue but honestly you need to talk to a GP and have them reassure you - if they have any concerns they will refer you to the clinic. Sounds like you could do with a good chat (double appointment) with a female GP to address your concerns.
