New moles/freckles in excess?

Hi, I've always had moles my whole life and skin tags so definitely prone to them. Not really a freckly person but do have a few. I'm 37 now and over the last sort of 2 years my entire stomach and chest has come out in loads of these which I think are moles but some may be freckles? A lot are skin coloured and some are a bit more brown. I'm just baffled by how many there are and how they all developed in such a short period of time.
I do not use sun beds, never have. Don't really sunbathe unless on holiday once per year but always wear factor 50 sun cream.
Will attach photos. Anyone ever had anything like this or think it's weird or something I should be concerned about??

If you've got new ones it's best to get them checked by the GP. I try to go once a year to just have mine looked at (even tho they always give me a weird look like "why are you here?").

OP are they slightly raised? If so they could be sebhorric keratosis, which are basically harmless warts. I had a huge amount of them pop up on my torse in my early 20s and then more appear in places that experience regular chafing since then; mostly along bra lines and the like.

If you're worried, go see a doc, but they do often appear later in life and your experience sounds pretty similar to mine.

Yes they are slightly raised, some more so than others. Thanks I'll look at sebborric keratosis on Mr Google!
