Correcting my posture

Are there any recommendations for support bras or full support posture correctors please?
Plenty online, but would prefer a recommendation as I definitely don’t have money for trial and error.
I definitely have poor posture and now continually wake up with pain under both shoulder blades which then takes me ages to get out of bed. I live alone, so no help there sadly.
It feels so uncomfortable to just roll my shoulders back and sit up straight, there’s no way I can do this without some kind of help.
I’m overweight and bra size 38 DD (I think) - I usually wear sports bras.

A physio explained to me that posture correctors like this are very outdated and just a waste of money. As long as you are wearing a normal supportive bra then looking at online remedial stretching and Pilates is more likely to help you.

You could also self-refer to a physio if the NHS in your area allows that, or ask your GP for a referral if not.

Pilates has done wonders for me. Highly recommend that. There are seated versions if mobility is an issue.

This looks like a good starting place, OP:

Physio over and support items.
buy yourself a hard foam roller and stretch out your back start of slowly and increase the time laying on the roller
look up exercises to strengthen back muscles and be conscious of your posture when sitting/doing tasks round the house etc
thetes no quick fix but after a couple of months you should start to notice a difference

I bought a little gizmo that you stick on your back between your shoulder blades, and if you lean forwards past a certain degree it vibrates to remind you to sit up straight. It's really good, so long as you remember to actually put it on!

It's called 'upright' and I was blown away by their customer service. I bought mine discounted on ebay as an ex display model, and it was faulty. I emailed them asking for advice on if I was doing something wrong and they sent me a brand new one! I didn't even buy it from them!

Only Pilates will correct your posture

You could start with in-bed exercises to hopefully make getting up easier. There's lots of videos, so you can choose the exercises that are possible for you from each one.
