Foot injury - not sure if to get it checked (photo in comments)

About 2hrs ago I tripped and fell over (onto my side) I kind of twisted my right foot and landed on the side of it. It’s pretty sore and seems a bit swollen, can’t walk on it, very sore to touch,but can kind of hobble on the heel. Really don’t want to go A&E on a Friday and ours is always rammed out!
Never had a foot injury so if it’s just bruised I won’t bother?

DH did almost exactly the same 2 months ago (on holiday!). 2 breaks - ankle and foot. So easily done. 4 weeks in the boot then weaned off gradually and is ok now. Elevate it as much as you can.
