What symptoms did you all experience with low folate?
Also on low end of ferritin, b12, vit d and transferrin

Crippling exhaustion, brain fog, memory issues, hair loss, anxiety, bone pain…. Loads tbh.

Low end ferritin, B12 and Vit D can also cause those symptoms too, and low end of the ‘normal’ range isn’t the same as optimal.

I feel dreadful with ferritin below 50 (it always is!) and also if B12/Vit D is at the bottom end of normal,, so it would be worth boosting those as well as folate. Vit D needs to be above 75 for bone protection but 50 is ‘normal’, just about.
Healthy hair growth needs ferritin above 70 iirc.

You can pay for B12 injections to boost those levels (the reference ranges have recently changed but many surgeries haven’t caught on by all accounts). B12 ranges have been set lower in this country than many others for years so loads of people are walking around deficient and feeling dreadful. Some pharmacies and beauty salons now do B12 injections. It’s around £25 in some areas and would be worth the cost to boost it.
Iron Bisglycinate has better bioavailability than ferrous fumerate or ferrous sulphate. It also causes less gastrointestinal side effects.
It would be worth buying high strength Vit D and taking a double dose for a couple of weeks then dropping to the recommended one a day.

Have they looked into reasons for the low levels? PPIs such as naproxen can cause absorption issues, coeliac disease can also do this, but hypothyroidism goes hand in hand with the above deficiencies too.
