Keep feeling faint

A couple of months ago I was waiting for an op and thought it was maybe panic attacks about it
Had the op now, and twice in 2 days I’ve felt like I’m going to pass out, really suddenly
Before my op it happened so badly I had to ring 999 then cancelled as I felt ok but really shaky

WTF could be causing it? I had seizures as a child and it’s a feeling like that, not dizzy but very much “I’m going to faint” and I’m petrified as live alone and I hated the feeling as a child

had a pre op with bloods, ecg, I have bloods every 12 weeks, I take iron and vitamin d as slightly deficient and my regular meds haven’t changed Confused
BP is normal and my pulse always sits high around 90-100

The seizures you had as a child, I presume they weren't epileptic ones? If you grew out of them then it's likely that they were reflex anoxic seizures (if you've not been told that then have a quick Google). Reflex anoxic seizures usually is grown out of but as an adult can change into VVS - vasovagal syncope which is just basically fainting. Some people only get pre-syncope where they almost faint but don't lose consciousness.

My son has had reflex anoxic seizures since he was 18 months old and now as a 10yr old it's changed into VVS. Some people have specific triggers (blood, heat, emotional distress etc) however others can just experience them without trigger.

Seizures after a head trauma
trapped my finger in a fire door, fainted, smashed my head through the glass wall and had a seizure
then they carried on after that for a bit

Were the seizures triggered the following times or just random?

Just random, they said they were seizures following the head trauma
I don’t have much on them except I remember having an MRI and EEG and staying in hospital a while
they basically put it down to the head injury I had, and they stopped

Been to the doctors this morning, they’ve done my BP sitting and standing, pulse, got an ECG on Tuesday, whole load of bloods done and they want to do a 24hr heart monitor
she said nothing is jumping out at her as I had bloods and a pre op recently and nothing showed on there
