Ringworm help - bedding and clothes

I have ringworm behind my knee and on my right foot. I've got some anti fungal cream and last night I changed all my bedding (husband relegated to the spare room) and put all my clothes in the wash.

However it says you can get it from clothes or bedding, so am I meant to change my bedding every day to avoid a circle of reinfection?

It also says not to cover the rash so I don't want to wear socks in bed and I don't own PJ's as I've not worn them for 20 years!

I don't mind every few days but I only have 2 sets of super king bed linen for our bed and it takes 2 washing loads to wash it. It wouldn't be so bad if the weather was better as I'd stick it out to dry but we only have a washing/dryer combo machine.

Can anyone save me from endless washing for the next couple of weeks!

Tbh, when I had ringworm (many a year ago now!), I just slapped on the cream and didn't share towels. I was about 15 though!

Apply the cream fastidiously! I had it and didn’t apply twice a day or whatever it said and took me around 9 months & 4 or so tubes of cream to get rid of it😔

I will be religious about applying it twice a day and try for 3 times a day when I'm not in the office.
