Vaccinations - should I continue with them?

Hi I am new to Mumsnet and it was suggested that I joined so to ask this question - I am possibly going away soon, but the trip was going to coincide with the 3rd lot of my daughters (she is now 3 months) Hib Polio etc so I was trying to find out on the internet if it would matter if it was administered late, well she is due her 2nd lot now and after reading some of the info regarding the link with autism, various other neurological disorders, asthma, SIDS etc (god the list is endless) I am really concerned about continuing with them at all or at least waiting till she is a lot older, the problem is that we do occasionally travel due to hubby's work, but I was wondering if anyone else has opted not to give the vaccinations and know of any implications?

Thanks

Socci I have read in a few of the www mentioned that it is poss to reverse the effects of what they call vaccination posioning

plus follow on to Rusy another good DHA is from www.healthyandessential - meant to be very pure which I took throughout pregnancy and still do, they have some great essential omega oils for children.

My Hv did ask me why I was anti and So I told her why.
She isn't that bad and didn't get on my case too much either.
good luck.

TBH he was very ill when he was given the augmentin (although it didn't work!)

We have a great homeopath (I'm training to be one so v interested in all that).

My HV is great- she told me when ds2 was a baby that in my position she wouldn't vaccinate either.

alwayssaythanku,

how can there be NO argument for vaccinations????

e.g. until Hib was introduced, it was the leading cause of meningitis in the under 5's (this according to meningitis research foundation) and now, it is extremely rare in this country.

How about all those terrible polio outbreaks before that was introduced??

I have never tried to start an argument in any vaccination discussion but to say there is NO reason to vaccinate is completely untrue.

must say my hv is a little like a terrier she told me in no uncertain terms if she saw an un explicable mark on dd she would reort me immediately which seemed a tad extreme since dd was only 10 days old & me a first time mum made me more paranoid

Re vaccs poisoning, if you're talking about mercury poisoning from the thimerosol there are definitely methods of detox. Don't know all the specifics though.

Ruty there is a doctor on the www alwayssaythanku put a link to who treats with homopathy and i was just trying to find where i read about treatment involving giving the poisoned child something which binds with the mercury in his/her system and either nutrilises it or means it can be expelled from the body. Will let you know when i find it.
