Sorry for the blunt title! Just that really.
Have suffered with folliculitus in that region for years. Just as it seems to have gone it resurfaces.
Has tried fuducin cream but it says can only use for a limited time.
Was prescribed Lymecycline but the side effects looked very scary!
Dermal 500ml makes skin soft but doesn't help the spots themselves.
Anyway had success in getting rid of it completely and if so how please?
It seems like a small problem but it really gets me down at times as effects my confidence in the bedroom as makes me self conscious.

Do you have any symptoms or just know it's there which is knocking your confidence?

Itchiness sometimes but it's more what it looks like esp during intimate moments. The GP diagnosed it so I know what it is.

@Clodaghflower did you ever find something to clear it up? I have had it for as long as I can remember but it’s really flared up and making me feel so self conscious 😭

Totally understand. I don't know which one worked but its been clear for a while now. I used the Lush buffy body butter. It's actually a soap bar. Cost £10 but lasts a long time. In fact, I've stopped using it now but still have it in a little plastic container. ANYWAY, I used that for a while and it helped quite a bit for a while. Then I went back to the GP and started the fudicin cream (which you can only use for a while) alongside the dermal 500 (GP also) as a shower wash just on that area. Now it's just the dermal 500 daily/whenever I shower. It's clear with only the very occasional blemish!!!
It took a while but I think maybe you just have to stick with something for while and be patient. Hard I know as can make you feel fed up. You could also try tea tree oil, Superdrug have a range of products or witchhazel gel? Just things I've tried in the past which you may be lucky with.
Really hope you find something that works for you.

Just remembered something else! When I wash my face in the shower I also use that on the 'area' before showering! (Foaming facewash by superdrug-in a green bottle naturally radient. It's their own brand. Can't see it online but it's in their stores. I sort of have a triple clean if you see what I mean.😂Let me know how you get on. You can msg me privately if I like.
