Concerning symptoms- worried about MS

Hi, I'm looking for some reassurance or advice? As I'm quite worried and a hand hold would be appreciative.

I'm 20 yr old female

I've been having worrying symptoms over the last few months , they are:

All over back pain
Back spasms
Pain in bum, hips and back of legs
Aches and pains over body (arms, legs, back)
Tingling in different parts of body (hip, back, head)
Muscle twitches all over (feet, legs, eye)
Heart palpitations

I seen the dr a few days ago and she said anxiety or vitamin deficiencies

The last time I got a blood test I was showing very low in iron and low in folic acid. I could be low again? I have a blood test booked in for next week

My worry is MS, MND or stroke 😭

Did anyone have similar symptoms before , what did it turn out to be?

Dr ruled out sciatica and it's not.

Mine is (still recovering) vitamin deficiency - B12, bit D, iron caused by ceoliac disease

That sounds so scary. Try not to panic until you know what it is. Vitamin deficiencies can be the cause, it is more likely than something catastrophic. Do you have health anxiety in general? Try to be kind to yourself and get some rest and relaxation time in

I got MS on my 20s, never had any of those symptoms, if that helps. MRI on head and spine will show if MS. you will need neurologist referral for that probably.

I have MS and those symptoms do not sound typical of my experience.

Are you taking any supplements? If taking any vitamin B6 I would also consider vitamin B6 toxicity and small fibre neuropathy.
