How often do I use a day? And why is it apparently so good? Getting desperate after suffering from sinus issues for ages. Not sure why I’ve not tried this device before now

I think it’s best to use more when you need to use it , like when you have a problem be it bad cold , flu or infection in sinus canal . I have one and should use it more frequently as I have rhinitis. I will always refer to when my sister had sinus problems and finally got to see an ENT consultant. He said to my sister that every household should have one of these NeilMeds and be used accordingly . I referred to this recently when a colleague had congested nasal passage amongst other flu symptoms and she bought the Neilmed and it literally worked overnight for her . Obviously still had the other symptoms but she was able to get up and go about her day more easily.

I use this for post nasal drip. It was recommended to me by a consultant at an ENT clinic. I've been using it three times a week for the past month and it's really helped.

I feel fresher after using but not noticeably ‘better’. Nasal pressure has moved , am I perhaps using too much pressure? I am squeezing continually rather than pulsing.

Thank you @Ihateboris @lovemybooks
really interesting it’s regularly recommended by ENT. Makes me feel I am finally / hopefully getting on right track with sinus recovery. Any other ENT top tips?! Many thanks 💕

Top tip is to avoid things that cause dehydration...caffeine, alcohol, salty foods etc. .unfortunately for me, I love coffee and wine, but I've reduced my salt intake 🤪🤪

Sinutab tablets are great for pressure but you can't take them long term.
