For about a year I've had groin pain when sitting on hard surfaces or the floor. It's really getting me down. I've had 6 months of physio to no avail. I've had an xray and they've said osteitis pubis. But no help with how to improve/ make this better. The pain feels like bruising and feels right in the bone. Anybody else experienced this and have any tips for what might help? Contemplating pushing to see orthopaedics!
