Is this throat cancer? Please help

Hey, so before I explain, I suffer with extreme health anxiety anyway so this isn’t ideal.

a few weeks ago I had a really sore throat one my right side enlarged tonsil redness in throat and feeling like my glands were swollen seemed to go away after 5 days or so.

no come Thursday had that feeling of burning in nose and throat and thought here we go again I have only just got over a cold.

now Friday I felt awful achy all over, tired, sore throat slept for most of the day, yesterday I felt better and was able to go to work, although again now I have the glands up, left side tonsil swollen and red and sore throat on the side!

im hoping I have just been unlucky and had the same thing twice, but now its unlikely and im terrified if its throat cancer! I have 2 young children and im beside myself with worry if it is cancer 😭😭😭

That’s me! I have been on and off feeling tired and shit for weeks! I did consider maybe a touch of glandular fever? Although today is day 13 of my second time round and glands don’t hurt and seem to be going down so let’s hope I’m through the most of it x

@Starrynight999 I’ve also woke up feeling much better, throat a lot better (still hurts a bit) and glands don’t seem that swollen today. Still tempted to call doctor to arrange blood tests because I feel sooo tired.
