My 11 month olds poo is still not firming up?

Definitely TMI and poo related
My 11mo has been eating a mixture of solids and formula since 6 months, she's now on 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch & dinner) plus sometimes a snack of some sort in-between them, she also still gets a bottle of formula first thing when she wakes up and before she goes to bed, and some warmed through cows milk before her nap after lunch. So on a normal day it's basically; formula, play, breakfast, play, lunch, play, cows milk, nap, snack, play, dinner, quiet down time/books, bath, formula, bed. With sips of water too!

I keep reading her poops should have started firming up and becoming more like normal poops when she started eating solids, but she's never had a fully formed poop, not one ever. Her poop is still all manners of colours, from yellow to brown, and is still very much a mushy/runny consistency, sometimes spilling out. She only poops once a day, usually just after her first nappy change, (sometimes there's a little mini poop later but not always) and it's not watery just soft and mushy, so I don't worry it's diarrhea? She's also still having issues digesting fruit skins and stuff so there's sometimes bits, blueberry skins, tomato skin etc. My HV told me last time I seen her (at 12 weeks) that if she had an allergy, to dairy or anything I would 100% know, she doesn't have any tummy issues or reluctance to eat, or anything, so I don't think it's an allergy?
Her weights dipped slightly recently, but she's also started walking with assistance from me or a walker, and does it all day long, so I put the slight drop in weight down to more activity?
Is there anything I've not thought of? Should I be concerned? Everyone's always telling me that if she "seems fine in herself" she probably is, but the runny poop thing has troubled me for ages..

No, I don't think you should worry. Mine is 2 and a half and sometimes has formed poos, other times not and they took a fair while to firm like your wee one.
