Pots syndrome or B1 deficiency

I was wondering if anyone has been affected by B1 deficiency? For the last two years I have felt completely spaced out. Not just brain fog but feeling like I'm not with it at all.
Dizzy all the time, blood pressure problems, close to fainting. All these symptoms are getting worse by the day. I've had blood tests (b1 wasn't checked but b12 was)
All came back satisfactory. I've had a CT scan which was fine.
I wasn't getting listened to by any doctor even though it's made me housebound.
Two days ago after two years of not feeling well I spoke to a lovely doctor who is getting me in for a tilt test to see if it could be pots syndrome.

On researching pots I came across a comment that said pots and B1 deficiency can be very alike in symptoms.
I called the doctor and asked for a b1 blood test and she refused.
I've now booked a private blood test for Monday at the cost of £160

Have any of you had B1 deficiency and did it make you feel horrendous?

I don’t know but it is interesting because i have always thought i have pots. Particularly in pregnancy when my blood pressure is lower. My morning sickness is always horrendous and the only thing which previously settled it was things which increased my blood pressure. Like strong coffee, or salt etc.

But this time i have been taking Xonvea which is b12 + antihistamine. I tried a number of antihistamine antisickness types before and none worked. Only this added b12 combo. And it’s like a miracle.

I am still convinced I do have a pots tendency though. So perhaps it’s not one or the other and a little bit of both.
