Heart issues? Recurrent chest pain

At the beginning of December I noticed some mild chest pain on exertion but
not too bad, and resolved at rest. Thought may just be muscular as certain movements causing it

January I went to A&E as chest pain was worse and radiating to
neck shoulders and arms. ECG and Bloods Normal no sign of having, or having had a heart attack. Good news! suggestive of Angina go to see GP.

Saw GP about a week later who took ECG which showed changes since the ECG at A&E, inverse T waves in leads 1-4. was sent to straight to A&E as also had some mild chest pain. ECG at A&E now showing inverted T waves in lead 1-6.

Kept in for tests, echocardiogram normal. CT scan of heart normal. no
blockages in main arteries, calcium score zero which I was told was a good sign, blood normal but ECG still showing same changes. now waiting for a Cardio MRI. My problem is I am still getting the chest pains on exertion and now sometimes at rest so seems to be getting worse.

I don’t know whether to go back to A&E or GP as they have done all of the tests which have come back normal . Not sure what else they can do? The symptoms suggest angina , but was told by consultant not angina as no blockage in arteries. I don’t suffer from anxiety or panic attacks so it’s not that either. So now I don’t know what to do about the recurrent chest pains sometimes they do concern me and they do radiate into neck shoulders and arms on exertion. But I don’t want to waste A&E doctors time. as I was discharged after tests all normal . Cardiac MRI will take weeks. If not months.

Would it be reasonable of me to go back to A&E again? If I’m worried.

can anyone shed any light on results ECG etc or been in similar situation?

If your symptoms change or you’re worried, it’s sensible to go to A&E. just because your last tests were normal, doesn’t mean something hasn’t changed for you.

Understandably you're worried. If you're still in pain, then yes, I'd get a medical appointment and ask if they can give you anything for the pain, or if there's anything they can do longterm if it continues.
