My belly button hurts....

How's that for a random health complaint??

It feels sore and bruised.

I have a vague memory of (gross as it sounds) picking something out of it half asleep last night (or the night before).

I can't see any cuts or anything

It is deep inside it feels sore, so not like i have knocked my belly.

I'm a fraek aren't I?

Did get an infection in my tummy button once (always have psoriasis in there!) so watch out for any oozing!

Apparently, it has anti fungal properties in it, so would help with all kinds of infections I guess.

I am never without Melrose. It cures so many sore things! it sorts out sore dry skin on all parts of the body. If you have dry lips, put a thickish layer on before bed and I can almost guarantee they'll be at least 50% better by morning. I go nowhere without a stick in my bag or pocket. Between your toes when you have a split(thick chunk between, gone in two days...reapply after washing of course). I use it everywhere, on all the family. I should have shares in the stuff because I get everybody into it! Costs about £2.80 for a stick and lasts ages. Available in smaller chemists usually. Never seen it in Boots.
