Cystitis/Uti

I have been getting a lot cystitis all my life from a teenager. I can usually manage it. However in this last year ive been on antibiotics 3 times and numerous amount of over the counter sachets to deal with it since November it has got worse. I am constantly feeling that early niggle

I

Empty my bladder fully and when I fell the urge
Drink plenty of fluids
Wear cotton underwear
Eat a varied diet with lots of fruit and vegetables
avoid acidic drinks and fruits
Wipe from front to back after using the toilet
Wash genitals before and after sex
Pee after sex
Avoid using perfumed soaps, talcum powder, and bubble bath
Shower instead of taking a bath

I've been checked for a vit D deficiency (I'm not)
I've.started taking D-Mannose regularly

In the last year I have had 3 lots of antibiotics for UTI. I have been changed from a combined hrt to an estrogen pessary

And yet I am currently and has been since early December ( when I last had antibiotics) constantly feeling like I have that early niggle of a UTI brewing.

I've been tested it's not ecoli (GP is female and actually very good)

I'm post meno pause and its got worse after

What else can I do? This is driving me insane. I'm drinking in the evening to keep hydrated enough to get through the night. Then waiting 2-3 times to go for a wee. I can usually get it to a "I feel.ok" by noon w wate, tea (mint) and D-Mannose. I don't slack off after w keeping hydrated but like tonight I'm again sat with a hot wheat bag as I'm uncomfortable i know I will wake up tomorrow with it. I started a new job in November and I've been on 2 lots of antibiotics since for this.

It's driving me.crazy...

Any ideas?
(Edited to make sense)

A dysfunctional pelvic floor can mimic UTI symptoms but obviously when doctors test for infection none show up. Might be something to consider. I had it for weeks and it was never actually a UTI. There are physios who specialise in women's health who may be able to help

I will read up on dysfunctional pelvic floor
I have been referred for a physio due to this but long waiting list. Each time I've had antibiotics biotics there has been bacteria I had antibiotics change second time to deal with it

I’m post menopausal too. I don’t have much to add except could it be related to bedroom antics (not a question for you to answer if not comfortable). My partner is, ahem well endowed and did this grinding thing whilst doing the deed which I had to ask him to stop as it causes a UTI every time and I’d end up having to down cystitis sachets for two days every time to just try and prevent it or it’d be raging.

The GP gave me a bladder scan too before and after piddling as he thought maybe I wasn’t adequately emptying - but it wasn’t that. So I put it down to the grinding (ouch) and it’s been better since.
