Always have high specific gravity in urine tests?

Hello
Wondered if anyone has any experience of this and what it ended up being for you. I've had some health issues over the years, especially funny 'episodes' where I've ended up in a&e after being dizzy, 'out of it's, confused, slurring my words, unable to move normally. Nothing is ever found.

But when I've been there a couple of times they've mentioned high specific gravity in my urine samples but just told me I must be dehydrated, so to drink more. Except I already drink around 8 glasses of water each day my urine is pale. The past few months I've tested my urine quite a lot as I thought I'd got a urine infection (turns out that was a prolapse), but my urine always has high specific gravity - the highest on the stick.

I don't want to go mad googling, but the most common explanation is dehydration, but I'm not. So I just wondered if others had had this and what your outcome was. Thank you

Have you been tested for diabetes?

No I haven't. What would the link be?

I feel very odd (especially in my head, tingling etc) after I have a dessert or chocolate, but I mentioned this to the GP and they said it probably was just coincidence.
