Blotchy rash on toddler.

I posted before as at first I thought might be chickenpox but this morning the spots have turned into a blotchy rash. I'm panicking it's measles but surely my 3 yo would be poorly. He's not poorly at all. It started with small red bumps like bites on his face and a few isolated spots on his back and legs. Pic for attention. What could it be?

Look like an allergic reaction to me. Start some antihistamines ASAP, but see a pharmacist or the GP as well (and ASAP) tbh.

Thank you. We haven't used anything new and he's never had a reaction to anything before. He doesn't seem to find it itchy. He's perfectly fine in himself too.

Allergies don't have to be anything new, they can develop rapidly. Companies are also a pain for changing ingredients and scents (Fairy clothes washing liquids for me).

We now have new spots on his back that aren't blotchy. Can't get in at the GP and the pharmacist has no idea. Another pic for attention

In the absence of a GP app, phone 111 - they can do things like organise a GP appointment with your practice if they think it necessary or arrange for you to see OOH GP later.

Tbh I'd be pressing the GP surgery, most of them have different policies on seeing kids as they can get so unwell so quickly.

Has he been poorly before this rash came up?
Sometimes you can get a viral rash and hives at the same time after a cold etc.
Like a autoimmune response, but I would definitely have him looked at.

Thanks all, I managed to get him in with a doctor and they said it's a allergy rash though I can't think of what could have caused it. The rash is getting worse and they've just gave some antihistamine medicine and said see how he goes. He's fine in himself, hadn't been unwell it anything and is his usual self despite the rash.
