Getting dental work done abroad

Given soaring costs in dentistry in the UK, and a failed Labour promise to tackle NHS dentistry. Would it be more beneficial to travel abroad for dental work, and if so where is good, and where is good and cheap?

It may be an extreme, but I sometimes dream about having all my teeth removed to avoid any future problems. Is this a totally stupid idea? Is living with false teeth at all a good idea, or is it worse than having tooth pain? And which country would do a good job making and fitting dentures - for what sort of price?

If you have work done it can be hard to find a UK dentist who will treat you afterwards.

I wouldn't I've heard too many horror stories. Imagine coming home in pain and finding UK dentists won't help with botched foreign dental work. So you are stuck in pain until you can go abroad again.

A lot of UK dentists won't touch your teeth if you have had work done abroad. Meaning you will have to pay to fly back to where you got the work done. Personally I wouldn't do it, it can cause more problems than you started with.
