Help with interpreting blood test results- constant low level illness

I know the NHS ‘acceptable’ levels don’t always mean all is ok. I tried to ask some questions at the GP and got a sweeping ‘you’re fine’.

I have had a cold/headaches/awful chest/feeling generally crap plus a vomiting bug with about 4 days feeling ok in between since about October.

I went for a full blood work up in November, can anyone with experience in this area see if anything springs out? Would be much appreciated. Sorry if any of this isn’t relevant, I don’t really know what I’m looking at.

Thyroid- Serum free T4 level = 16.4 pmol

Blood haematinic levels = serum folate = 7 ug/L, serum ferritin 83.2 ug/L

Serum C reactive protein = 0.6 mg/L

Vitamin D = 66 nmol/L

Bone profile: Serum calcium = 2.55 nmol, adjusted calcium concentration = 2.53, inorganic phosphate 0.98

LDL cholesterol = 2.5 mmol/L

Gondatrophin level- serum follicle stimulating hormone level = 11.7 IU/L, serum LH = 11.8

Haemoglobin = 141 gl
White blood count = 5.6
Platelet = 257
Red blood cell =4.6
Eosinophil = 0.05

HbA1c =36

Are you taking any supplements? If not might be worth looking at vitamin D and C with zinc

At first glance those levels look normal.
You should review your symptoms with your GP.
