HELP! can any docs (cardiologists) interpret this?

cut a long story short, went to a&e (only because my doc advised me to; as on passing mentioned I was abit short of breath…. Which I said so my iron must be low again) she was not happy and wanted me to go a&e to rule out PE…. I really didn’t want to go as I suffer with low iron regularly so would put it down to that.
anyway went a&e which was non-eventful! However they did do an ECG whilst I was there…. But did not mention any issues with it before I left…
now I have just received the report from a&e to my home address via post and I saw it stated:

”ECG - slight ST segment deviation in II, II, V4 to V6.”

To me this sounds like an issue was picked up on my ECG no? I have no one to contact (apart from my docs who are not cardiologist specialists) and now I am worrying!

any help would be much appreciated:(

contact your GP. they aren't cardiologist but they have done a large amount of medical training
ECGs are carried out at GP surgerys, a GP can interpret an ECG report

@adulthoodisajoke have done an e-consult asking for some interpretation… hoping they come back to me soon

I think you really need to ask your GP about that. The interpretation is probably dependent on other things that we don't know, like the electrolyte levels in your body. The GP would be able to get that information but we can't.

@ItsVeryComplicated yes have done an e-consult :(
does that mean something as little as electrolytes can throw off an ECG and cause findings like the above?
i don’t think the doc @ a&e tested for those, only my haemoglobin (which was 112)
